The ARNP needs training in common courtesy, patience, listening skills, relating to patients, on and on.

Burgess Bennett made my visit better! I was a little nervous about a possible procedure that I will be having soon; she calmed my nerves so I'm now fine with the idea of the upcoming procedure.

Again, please inform patients of the credentials of the person they are seeing. I was told I was seeing a gastroenterologist, and yet she was not. This has happened to me a few times now. The provider I saw was great, but I would have liked to have known in advance that she is not an MD.
