Megan DePaolo, DNP, ARNP is a board-certified nurse practitioner on the Reconstructive Plastic Surgery team at UW Medical Center and a teaching associate with the UW School of Medicine.

Megan provides care to patients in the clinic before and after reconstructive surgery. She performs tissue expansions and other clinic-based procedures and has in depth experience in the management of complex skin grafts, flaps, and wound care. Megan enjoys educating patients and their support systems during the perioperative period and is passionate about establishing a trusting connection while being a resource for both them and their families. She believes in using a patient specific approach and shared decision making during the reconstructive process.

Megan's clinical interests center on reconstructive surgery, complex skin graft and flap management, wound care, patient education and nursing research.
